To claim a refund for defective items, you must provide a proper unboxing video that clearly shows:

* The sealed package being opened.

* The product condition inside.

* Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process your refund request.


⏳ Return Request Timeline

* You must request a return within 3 days of delivery.

* Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

📦 Conditions for Return

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

* Tags must be intact.

* Product should be returned in original packaging.

* Once verified, we will approve your return request.

Return Pickup / Shipping

* We will guide you on the return pickup or self-shipping process.

Refund Processed

* After receiving and inspecting the product, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

💰 Refund Method

* Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Cases

* Products without original tags.

  • Used, washed, or damaged items (not due to us).
  • Provide Unboxing video as proof
  • Requests made after the return window.
